Returns can only be made to UK orders. Currently we do not offer returns or exchange for customers in Europe. Sale items are non-refundable.

Please note to exchange your item for something higher or lower in value, your current order must be sent in for a refund, then you may re-purchase your desired item.

For UK orders you can return any item purchased on within 14 days of receipt. Follow the steps below:

  1. Complete the Despatch Note that was included with your order.
  2. Ensure all items to be returned are in their original condition with tags and packaging included.
  3. Pack all items securely in the order box. If you no longer have this, another rigid box will do.
  4. Visit any Post Office and use Royal Mail to ship your return. We can only accept returns via Royal Mail, other courier services used will not be accepted.
  5. Wait for return confirmation email.

Due to merchandising restrictions, returns must be shipped from the same country from which they were purchased. Please do not send returns from outside the UK.

Once your package reaches our warehouse your return will be processed.This can take 3-7 working days. If your return is not in its original condition, it will be sent back to you and no refund will be issued. When your return is accepted, we will issue your refund via the same payment method used to purchase your items and you will receive confirmation via email.



Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit or debit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, double check your bank account.
If your refund has not appeared on your statement, contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
